How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be removed from our servers. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

To delete your account, send an email to our support team with the following details:

• Subject: Delete Account
• Body: Include your account email address and any reason for deletion (optional). For example: "Please delete my account associated with [your-email@example.com]. Reason: [optional reason]."

What Happens Next?

Our support team will process your request within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Please note that due to our privacy-first design, we do not store your private keys or message content, so account deletion primarily removes your account metadata.

Important Notes

• Ensure the email is sent from the address associated with your White Room account.
• For security reasons, we may require additional verification if needed.
